Overview

Running an event off a Facebook post and a spreadsheet works right up until it does not. People reply in three different places, you lose count, and on the day you are guessing at numbers.

This is one page that holds the whole event: what it is, when and where, who it is for, and a form that collects the RSVPs or registrations properly. Sign-ups trigger an email so you know as they come in, and the list is downloadable whenever you need it, which is what you actually want the morning of the event.

Built on your existing site in your brand, so it looks like your business rather than a ticketing platform. Good for classes, open houses, fundraisers, tastings, workshops and anything else where you need to know who is coming.

How it works

What happens after you add this to your quote.

1

We confirm the details

You get a proposal with the final price. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

2

We do the work

You see it come together as we go, rather than waiting for one big reveal at the end.

3

You give feedback

We ask when we need it, along with any content or account access.

4

It is yours

Paid in full means the finished work is yours.

What we need from you

  • The date and what is happening
  • Any offer, prices, or details to include

Common questions

Is the price shown final?

Prices shown are starting prices. Your proposal sets the final price in writing before anything starts.

When do I pay?

Nothing is charged when you add a service to your quote. Under $500 is paid in full before work begins. From $500 to $4,000, a 50% deposit starts the work and the rest is due before launch or handover. Over $4,000 is split into 30% to start, 40% at an agreed milestone, and 30% before launch or handover.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a simple service agreement that covers the work you asked for and nothing else. It does not commit you to any other service or ongoing payment.

What do you need from me?

A quick overview of your business and goals, then feedback when we ask and any content or account access we need. We can write the content, use what you have, or both.

Are there other costs?

Things like ad spend, hosting, domains, and licences sit outside our fee, unless your service already covers them. They are always stated before anything starts, so they are never a surprise.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. Paid in full means the finished work is yours.

Ready to get this sorted?

Add it to your quote and we will send you a proposal with the final price.
