How It Works

Built around the date, then out of your way

Most businesses hit the same wall twice a year. The season arrives, the website still says the same thing it did in March, the social feed goes quiet, and the offer never quite reaches the people who would have bought it. Events go the same way, scattered across a Facebook post, a group text and a spreadsheet nobody updated.

We work backwards from your date. For a seasonal push that means graphics, a dressed up website, a page for the offer and the emails and texts to go with it. For an event it means one link that holds the details and collects the RSVPs, with payment handled through your own account when tickets are involved. Either way it goes up before the date and comes down after, so nothing sits stale.

Before you ask

How far ahead should I get in touch?
The earlier the better, especially for the holidays when everyone wants the same weeks. Put your date in the form and we will come back with the price and a timeline together. If the date is close, ask anyway; smaller pieces like the Social Pack or Site Dressing can often still fit.
What happens after the season or the event?
Seasonal changes come down when the season ends and your site goes back to normal. That revert is part of Site Dressing, so nothing holiday-themed is left up in February. An event page can come down after the event or stay up as a record with photos. Your call.
Can I sell tickets or take registration fees?
Yes. Event Page: Plus takes payment through your own account, so the money goes straight to you, not through us. Standard covers free events with RSVPs and registration.
Do I have to buy the whole bundle?
No. Every piece is priced on its own, so pick only what you need. The bundle runs all four as one campaign with matching artwork and dates across your site, social, email and text, and costs $285 less than buying them separately.
When do I pay?
Anything under $500 is paid in full to start. From $500 to $4,000 it is 50% to start and the rest before it goes live. You get the price in writing before anything is due.
My event is not on your list. Can you still help?
Almost certainly. The list in the form is just the common ones. Pick "Something else", tell us what it is, and we will put a price on it.
