Is the price shown final?
Prices shown are starting prices. Your proposal sets the final price in writing before anything starts.
When am I billed?
Nothing is charged when you add a service to your quote. Once you approve your proposal, yearly services are billed once at the start of each year, which works out to two months free compared with paying monthly.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a simple service agreement that covers the work. You pay for one year at a time, and you can cancel any time so it does not renew for the next year.
What do you need from me?
A quick overview of your business and goals, then feedback when we ask and any content or account access we need. We can write the content, use what you have, or both.
Can I switch to monthly later?
Yes. At renewal you can move to the monthly plan, upgrade to a care plan, or stop.
